Please read these terms before using Shortr. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Shortr is operated by Proof of Stake SRL (RO38943299).
2. Using Shortr
Shortr refines messages you send to it in Slack and returns a clearer draft. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the outputs.
3. Privacy and data
We process your input only to generate the refined message and discard it afterward. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Shortr to send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or confidential information you do not have permission to share. Do not try to disrupt or misuse the service.
5. AI outputs
AI responses may be imperfect or include mistakes. Always review before sending. You retain responsibility for the messages you post.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will aim to avoid disruption, but uptime is not guaranteed.
7. Fees
Shortr is free during beta. If pricing changes, you will see the updated terms before being charged.
8. Disclaimer
Shortr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior three months, or zero if you have not paid.
10. Termination
You may stop using Shortr at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
